Hello out there! It's been quite a while.
I didn't keep the blog up-to-date with all the challenges, since the social media platforms are a much easier place to do that with all the photos and videos.
Then... my back injury. A disc bulge at L4/L5 that pressed on some nerves and caused more pain than I thought possible. I missed the Six Peaks and had to cancel the South Downs Way challenge; two surgeries later, and I'm upright again, but nowhere near as fit as I was.
I've started a new job, and a new business, and a Master's degree. Life looks a little different now, but one thing I do know: the Project is coming back.
So, without further ado: our next challenge will be...
The Hebridean Way!
We will be travelling on Friday 29th May 2026, and walking for 12 days, although we haven't finalised the details yet of exactly when we start.
I have some training to do between now and then! I may upload some training walks!
I can't wait to get stuck back in.
